Kirill Varlamov serves on the management board of the Russian Management Association. In November 2012, he won the national round of Ernst & Young’s international Entrepreneur of the Year competition in the IT category.
Kirill founded the company Naumen in 2001, serving as its executive director until 2009 and chief executive thereafter. He has experience working with engineers and programmers.
Kirill graduated from the Ural State Technical University in 1996 and attended the university’s continuing education institute. In 2012, he earned an Executive MBA from the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. He completed the Total Quality Management program at Bradley University in Peoria, United States, and did an internship at Caterpillar. He has also completed the Presidential Management Training Program and an internship in the UK.
